Launching Superdry Sport in India

Superdry Sport entered India in a category crowded with legacy performance brands and loud launch playbooks. The task was to introduce the brand as credible from day one, without relying on exaggerated performance claims.

I worked across strategy and execution on the India launch, contributing to ideation and a 360° rollout spanning film, OOH, social, creators, print, and retail. The focus was on coherence, ensuring the brand showed up consistently across media and on-ground presence.
