Building Prime Volleyball League from day zero

Prime Volleyball League was launched as India’s first top-tier private volleyball league, with the challenge of building relevance and visibility for a sport outside the mainstream spotlight.

I worked on the league from inception, contributing across strategy, launch, and scale. The role spanned defining objectives and KPIs, shaping season-level narratives, setting sponsor deliverables, and establishing the league’s digital presence from scratch.

Beyond campaigns, the focus was on building systems that could sustain the league over time, including content workflows, media planning, reporting, and real-time coverage across seasons and events.
